Signed up for the Ticketmaster pre-sale as I thought about giving it go. Saw the ticket prices yesterday and decided to give it a miss!

I’ll have a go with that. Bit annoyed I managed to miss this presale!

Scorch - was through Ticketmaster, I had signed up to be alerted when they went on sale.

Register on the London Stadium website too, they have a presale next week

Remember watching the Yankees vs Indian’s in New York. Even the fans didn’t seem too interested in the match.

Cheers Joe.

Was that through registering, or through WHU season ticket holder perks or something else?

Houston may get a fine and a slap on the wrist. MLB absolutely love being in the 19th century. Shout it from the rooftops about their history. Blah, blah, blah. Fuck all will change. All they care about is protecting their own image. So this will be quietly swept under the rug.

Stealing signs has always gone on but the electronic devices thing is something that I hope is stamped on retroactively

Re: Major League Baseball anyone?
Looks like the Astros have been very naughty.

Using various means to steal signs from other teams (which they've done before anyway) and even relay them to the batters using electronic devices. (Would be new low)

One or two other things hanging over their heads as well, I believe.

Could be quite a punishment coming their way. Just as well they got beat fair and square in the World Series, but is that any consolation for the Rays and the Yanks?

About 2 months ago they showed a baseball game in the club house on my mates caravan site.......feck knows why no one was watching it!

Re: Major League Baseball anyone?
That was a great series. Hard to say if Washington was that little bit better or Houston choked, or both. I was hoping for Houston but can stomach this result as at least the NL team won it.

Onward to the spring then, with Grampa Rossy at the helm.

Baseball is cricket for those that lack a soul.
A bunch of Murali’s throwing full tosses all day.
